surrender to life

So what does it mean for me to surrender to life ?
it means leaving the past ...leaving the future .... it means trust in life itself ... IN THE ESSENCE of life itself ..knowing yourself as one with life .. not separeted from it ... and to let go of the separeted doer... to just let life carry you wherever it choose to ..knowing deep in your heart that it is for your own good ......for life is kind .. life is loving and compassionate...in their essence... this knowing in the heart let you be free and at peace ..and finely you can let go of worry.. of fears.... and connect deeply with your true and only essence that is love .. true love ..that makes you whole... that make you ONE.... so whole inside that there is no more you and love.. but only love as you.. as love.. one ..not two......and there is true joy and freedom to be .....so this is the meaning of surrender to life as i see it ......may all senteint being find peace and joy ..... OM SHANTI.....

hi there every one , i was working all morning on a new pastel of some cheries i was buying the other day , and just had this urge to paint them , this painting is a study , and i have in mind to paint some more pastels of this subject ... will see how it goes ... i work in pastel few years now .and still learning all the time new things that i did not know before of this amazing medium ....

forgivness

a wise dear woman i once new was teaching me with the wisdom of the heart, basic truth that i did not realised it at a time , and a long time after , when i experience it by my self through a lot of pain and suffering in the past , suffering that was a result of not knowing , not understanding the basic truth in life .she was teaching me with her wisdom that forgiveness , i mean true forgiveness to everything and everyone including our selves , true forgiveness from the heart is what set us free from the past , to a new joyful beginning , and that guilt and blame is making us stuck in the past in a kind of a circle that goes on and on with out seeming a way out , and that the only way out , simple as it is , the only way out is by true forgiveness , well ..... she was right , i know that now with out any doubt , by my own experience , and this writing i share here comes as a gratitude from my heart to her , to her kindness and compassion and for her wise wards , may she be blessed , forever , as she already is .

in reality

the fear of the past has been transformed into a deep honest trust in the present moment in the reality of love .in reality the one and only reality there is no fear. in the present moment there is only love , that is the only reality.
evolution of conciseness occurs beyond time , in the present moment , eternal present moment ,and yet every moment in fresh and completely new, and absolutely free from past or future that are in fact not reality at all, in our mind we use to think and see time as linear , meaning moving forward with sequential character , but that is not reality at all. it is a mistake that can be seen clearly when one go deeper then only the surface of being.then it is seen clearly that in reality , the one and only universal reality the divine created reality , every moment is fresh new, with out continuation with past moment or future moment.and it is one , and when one learns to live according to this ''law'' of nature , then there is wholeness and no suffering. for in reality there is no suffering.the divine ,the wisdom, does not create suffering .

in gratitude for the old masters,

hi there dear readers, i would like to share with you the gratitude in my heart for the old masters , i learned so much from painting and drawings some studies in my studio, so great teachers , when you make a study after Michelangelo for example, you really being able to feel deeper the old master intentions in the painting and learn from it. part of my development as an artist was and is making a lot of study drawing and paintings in my studio after the old masters, the intention is not so much to just copy a picture , but rather learning with humility of an eternal student, that say every day anew,i do not know anything , and i am willing to learn , with the eyes of a child , fresh new every day , a new beginning, this is the gift that art is given you , always fresh new things to learn , and learning from the old masters , being inspired, and yet going your own way in art , your authentic way that develops naturally ,

hi there everyone ,dear ones, in this post i would like to share some art tutorial for those of you who are painting, drawing, struggling? well i hope you will find this lesson useful and some tips , i will do my best,
so first thing i would like to point to ,is the main important in accurate drawing what you see, is not so much a matter of techniques ,but rather a matter of observation, this is the secret .this is what is all about and the most important thing in drawing and painting accurately,and what i mean by that is it is learning how to look and where to look that make all the difference, from years of experience i learned that you need to look not at the contour of the elements ,that is common mistake of many beginners , you need to focus you attention at the form as a whole ,to see the form together as one piece, and not as linear contour . so this is the first tip and it need a little exercises.the second thing is to focus your attention always on the light , also when you paint the shadow ,the focus is always on the light .that make you coordinate with how things are in nature itself . and in nature only light exist really , the shadow is only a reflection.a result of the light , so light always comes first,it is primary, this is another common mistake to focus sometimes in the light and sometimes in the shadows , and that create disharmony.so the focus of attention and observation should always be at the light in the middle of the form and not in the contours,

another thing that is important to practice is to see as mach the big masses and less the details at the beginning of the drawing or painting and to build the painting from the main masses to gradually the smaller forms and smaller
another tip is ;go to nature , nature is a great teacher for artist ,and the mature way is not to be attach to much to the result ,but rather focus on the learning itself,and another thing is when you paint try not to bring any past knowledge to your new painting , no wards , no past, no need for that , for true learning is always new in this clean moment ,the mistake i saw of many of my student was painting what they think they know about the object Rather then painting from true observation in the moment,and this is what is the most important in visual art to my opinion is to develop that true observation , the way i teach my student all the exercises i developed is pointing to that ,to learn to look , to learn to observe and to translate this into your painting ,observe things as they truly are is what it is all about , and when you develop a skill for that then there is no translation even,there is pure flowing of truth to the painting . and truth and beauty is one and the same.i will post soon lesson no2 the drawing is after Leonardo a study ,and the other drawing is pastel a horse study.

eating one plate of rise a day and be satisfied,even this is too much ,so much abundance all around .breathing .....the smell of flowers , their beauty , their sacredness....the birds that sing their song to love...and again the smell of flowers .......beauty everywhere, light between the trees like a dance , and endless shapes and forms of leaves.....with endless colors....radiant and sing ro creation in gratitude....

free and cannot be controlled..just to see the life in their sacredness
in the ants at the sidewalk that building their home...and to pay attention to steps and let them pass,

my cat as a zen master

this post is for those of you, animal lovers, like me, that has the gift of life to live with a cat or a dog , well, i adore just to sit a observe my cat , my cats were always the greatest teacher of life,for me, of how to live a full and joyful life , so this is what living with this lovely wonderfully amazing being ,this is what i have learned:
i learned never to feel guilty of just resting, not really doing anything when it is needed just to rest ,and that it is o.k,perfectly o.k and natural.i have learned from my cat to take my time with every thing ,and to do thing like eating or drinking slowly.... no need to rush , just be, peacefully drinking the moment , i learned from my lovely cat to always go for the best, always make the best choice ,for example to choose the best warm place in a Sunny day and let the sun touch you gently caresses you with love,i learned from my cat to walk gracefully ,giving attention to every movement and enjoying every movement exploring the movement of the body each step is not like the other and yet there is harmony and coordination .my cat like a true zen master was teaching me to laugh with all of my heart ,and i learned from my cat that it is pointless to worry ,and that worrying take out the fun and that having fun is what is it all about.i learned from my cat that guilt is the most unnatural and is very superficial to feel guilty and any way it does not serve any thing it does not change the situation if you feel guilty so it is pointless ,useless,well until here for now ,so now i will go to make myself a nice cup of tea and before that i am posting some photos dedicate them for all the animal lovers around the world ,just like me

liniar time versus eternal now

hi there every one , today it is a beautiful day, where i have the gift of spending time with my self in what i call joyful alone es ,and i felt this urge to write today,here share an important insight ,for those who walk in similar path that i walk
,the path that leads to true being,to oneself where true joy of life is.
so while meditating i could see clearly the true nature of time and for what it serve ,and too much was said already ,all this new age things ,but i rather would like to point to what Jesus said in the new testament when pointing to come to the narrow gate for freedom and joy and peace ,so this is how i understand it now ,the narrow gate is the eternal now ,the present moment ,no past no future ,just this moment fresh and totally new, and in this totally new moment every thing heals. every pain and every suffering come to an end,it can come to an end only in the present moment without any past or imaginary future that is the origin of suffering.and this linear time of past and of imaginary future based on the past it can be seen clearly as not realty at all , but it can be seen clearly only from observation from now ,with no prejudice ,anew ,fresh ,an from this it can be seen clearly and liberate mind body and soul from suffering that were caused by a false idea about time.a mistake or false perception about the nature of reality ,reality itself as it is in this moment is perfect creation of perfect wisdom and it is beautiful , and once it is seen as it is ,no way you would want to replace or change it even if you could and you cannot change reality ,and reality is now ,where else? so narrow gate the wise eternal words of Jesus ,narrow gate ,the present moment , and the other roads that leads to a feeling of being lost is the roads of linear time of past and future ,imaginary future ,that does not really here,in this moment as real , well this is the way i see it now and it is very clear to me, i will add some photos with this post , and be happy to here from you , so feel free to add a comment,until next time

hi there every one ,it is a lovely evening here at my studio,
i will add to this post some oil paintings,some new and some of my old works too ,one of them i call this picture angel with horses ,i created it a couple of years ago ,and it took me months to complete.at the and of the journey with this painting my body was sick and i had to rest for weeks ,but my soul was in heaven from joy and Ecstasy,i did not feel any pain just pure joy of creative energy and the unity with this energy inside of my heart.i think if you look closely at this painting you can feel my joy,i thinks so ,
